- How does payment work?
- You pay once via Telebirr, CBE, or bank transfer, upload your receipt in the dashboard, and our team approves it within hours. No subscriptions.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Until you publish, you can edit and upgrade freely. After publishing, contact support to upgrade and we'll move your invitation to the new plan.
- Is the invitation in Amharic or English?
- Bloom is single-language. Luxe and Summit support both Amharic and English in the same invitation, with native typography for each.
- Will my guests need an app?
- No — every invitation is a regular web link. Open it in any browser, on any phone. No download, no account.
- How long does my invitation stay live?
- Twelve months from the day it's published. That covers the wedding plus a memento period for guests to revisit.
